1 min read

The opening is planned for the end of 2025.

Braemar partners has started pre-construction on Arbor Terrace Montgomery in Somerset County, N.J., a upcoming 80 unit luxury senior housing development. The project will come online by late 2025 and be operated by The Arbor Co.

Faulkner Design Group will provide interior design while Studio Architects is the main architect for the project.

The 67,000 square foot property, when completed, will include 27 assisted living units, 29 memory care units for seniors with dementia, and 24 Bridges Apartments, which provide cognitive support to residents in the early stages.

The senior living community offers on-site rehabilitation and therapy, concierge services and scheduled transportation, housekeeping services, laundry and personal linen services, as well as a Dining with Dignity program. The common-area amenities include a beauty shop and several gathering areas, among other things.

Arbor Terrace is slated to rise on a 4.4 acre site, at the intersection between Route 206 and Washington Street in the Princeton Submarket. This area has several dining options, retail centers, and green spaces. The property is part of the Montgomery Crossing project, a separate Sharbell Development Corp. development that will include 107 luxurious townhouses.
