Bellwether Enterprise provided a three-year loan.

Carlisle Senior Living Communities Inc. has obtained a refinancing of $26,7 million for Village Green in Levittown. Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital LLC secured the loan on behalf of the borrower through a regional lender. The loan is for three years with a 30-year amortization and 24 months interest-only payments.

Village Green offers studios and 1-bedroom apartments that range from 305 to 523 square feet. The common areas include a fitness room, dining room, library, spa, theater, beauty salon, enclosed courtyard, and creative arts studio.

The community offers wellness services, transportation and a 24-hour security system. It also provides medication management and on-site maintenance. Life Care Services is responsible for managing the property.

Village Green, located at 90 Schoolhouse Road is close to the intersection of Wantagh State Parkway, and Newbridge Road. This provides easy access throughout the metropolitan area of New York City. A number of dining and shopping centers are within walking distance, while the Nassau University Medical Center lies only 2.3 miles from the property.

BWE’s Ryan Stoll, National Director and Senior Vice-President Taylor Mokris were the representatives of the borrower. Envolve Communities, LLC received a 150 million Freddie Mac Transitional Line of Credit in January. The company used the funds to preserve and upgrade four affordable housing communities located in Oklahoma and Texas.
