Park Avenue Lifestyle in partnership with Bob Bourne and Bourne Financial Group has purchased a parcel of land for the development a $70,000,000, 160-unit Senior Living community at Bel Air, Md. Hogan Cos. The transaction was brokered by strong>Hogan Cos/strong>.

The five-story property, which will consist of independent living and assisted-living units, will also include a fitness centre, an on-site restaurant, a bar, event spaces, outdoor courtyards, and walking paths. Health and wellness services will be provided by the community. The completion date is 2025.

The senior living facility is part of James Run in Harford County, a mixed-use project that spans 108 acres. The property will include 300 units of residences spread across six buildings. There are also 270 apartments and townhouses, and a 160-bed assisted living facility. James Run will feature over 57,000 square foot of retail space and approximately 20,000 sq ft of office/medical area, as well as a daycare, a hotel, and a conference center.

JEN Partners develops the project with Craftsmen Cos. as the development manager and MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, as exclusive leasing agent. The site is located on Creswell Roads with direct access to Interstate 95. Downtown Baltimore is about 32 miles away, and is only 8 miles from downtown Bel Air.
