Four Seasons Development Las Vegas Condos

Four Seasons Hotel and Resorts will, in partnership Azure Resorts and Hotels and Luxury Developers build a luxury condominium in Henderson, Nev. in the Las Vegas region. Prices start at $3 million and completion is expected in 2026. Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo provides architectural services.
The community will include two-to-five-bedroom floorplans, with interiors that range from 2,300 square feet to 7,300 and exteriors between 500 square feet to 5,000 square foot. Six villas are also included in the development. The homes will have semi-private elevators as well as private garages. They also feature customizable terraces with outdoor kitchens.
The amenities in the common areas will include multi-level pools, a pet spa, an auto spa, a library, a fitness center, a sauna, a steam room and catering services. Noble Heights will be incorporated into the community, which is a wine bar and signature restaurant.
A luxurious Las Vegas community
The 11-acre property is located in MacDonald Highlands, a community just 15 miles away from the Las Vegas Strip. It’s also 11 miles from Harry Reid International Airport. Four Seasons residents will have access to amenities in the community, including a virtual-golf simulator, dog parks and pickleball courts, as well as Dragon Ridge Country Club.
The condominium sector is still thriving despite economic instability and rising rates of interest. A Hawaiian developer recently received $528,000,000 for a condo development located in Honolulu. CMC Group broke the ground last month on a luxury condo development in Miami’s Grove Isle.
