Pompano Beach to Get Luxury Condo Project

U.S. Development will build Salato Residences in Pompano Beach in South Florida, a boutique luxury condominium project with 40 residences. Randall Stofft architects are involved in the project. Steven G. features is designing interiors. Prices will start at $2 million. The ground breaking is scheduled to take place later this year with delivery in 2025.
The property will have three-bedroom layouts that range from 2,106 square feet to 3,354 sq. feet. There will also be terraces of 14 feet deep between 320 square feet to 746 square foot and six penthouse designs. The interior plans include large walk-in wardrobes, 10 foot windows, and washers and tumble dryers in each unit. The amenities in the common areas will include an ocean-view swimming pool, a spa with dry saunas and a fitness center.
The site is located at 305 Briny Avenue, just off South Ocean Boulevard. It’s only 100 feet away from the beach. The property is located approximately 3 miles away from downtown Pompano Beach, and 2 miles away from the Pompano Beach Airpark Airport. East Atlantic Boulevard is home to a variety of dining and shopping options.
Florida’s condo market, which was already large and thriving before the pandemic, has seen an increase in activity. Luxury properties will be less affected by rising interest rates due to the unpredictability in economic conditions. In prepared remarks, U.S. Development CEO John Farina highlighted the appeal of this type assets for Canadian investors.
